Admin Assistant – Part Time (10-2pm) Bicester location

Duties and responsibilities of the role: 

In this role you will support the Blue Diamond management team and the MD, but it is much more than a simple admin support role.  Once settled in we would encourage the right candidate to shape and grow the role to suit the needs of the business.  

The key elements of what we are looking for are as follows:

• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant members of the team.

• Managing department emails.

• Keeping in touch with our customers via phone, email and in person.

• Working with the workshop manager to keep our vehicle progress reports up to date.

• Maintain our photographic database.

• Packing and posting parcels for our parts department.

• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies and workshop consumables.

• Diary and schedule management for the MD.

• Booking and organising travel and entry for our events calendar.

• Planning and posting of our social media feeds.
