As road, race and rally engine specialists, Blue Diamond Riley Services employs the use of traditional skills and modern technology where appropriate to rebuild, recondition, repair and upgrade Riley engines to exacting specifications. To guarantee a refined, or more powerful performance, we have an in-house tuning division, K. Pointing Vintage Motor Engineering. We can also supply and develop individual components to fast road and racing profiles, including cams, pistons and cranks.
Our fast road and rally engines have achieved a 100% success rate in all events entered including the Monte Carlo Classique, the Flying Scotsman,
Royal Automobile Club 1,000 Mile Trial and Blue Train Endurance Rally. Our race engines have competed on the iconic Monaco Historic Grand Prix Circuit, and secured wins in all major VSCC events as well as the Le Mans Classic Index of Performance.
As the single most expensive unit of a car to overhaul, we recognise that your Riley is not just an emotional investment, but a financial one too. That’s why our mechanics will consult you throughout the process – from initial inspection and testing, to when your Riley is being run-in prior to being ready for you to take home.
